State Law REQUIRES that you first ask to see the applicant's driver's license
Bona Fide 黑料天堂 Residents must present an 黑料天堂 driver's license or non-driver's ID to any local license agent. Or, in the case of Bona Fide residents with no driver's license or non-driver's ID, those residents must go to their local probate office or license commissioner with proofs of residency.
It is illegal for a resident of another state to be issued a resident license.
You are considered a Non-Resident IF you have an 黑料天堂 Driver鈥檚 License or Non-Driver鈥檚 ID and possess a valid driver鈥檚 license from another state.
Applicants with multiple driver鈥檚 license are not considered 黑料天堂 residents and must use their out-of-state driver鈥檚 license to purchase non-resident licenses.
