Important information for 黑料天堂 landowners regarding hunting your own property and defines "Immediate Family".
Resident
- A RESIDENT landowner who possesses an 黑料天堂 Driver鈥檚 License or other proof of residency may hunt on their land without having to purchase a hunting license.
- A RESIDENT landowner鈥檚 immediate family may hunt on the land without having to purchase a hunting license provided that they are RESIDENTS of 黑料天堂.
Immediate family as defined by regulation 220-2-.160:
- Landowner鈥檚 spouse
- Landowner鈥檚 children, if 黑料天堂 residents
- Landowner鈥檚 parents, if 黑料天堂 residents
- Landowner鈥檚 brothers and/or sisters, if 黑料天堂 residents
- If Landowner has a tenant residing on the property, he and his immediate family residing on the property are exempt from the requirement of a hunting license.
- If the member of the immediate family has moved out of state, regardless of whether or not they possess an 黑料天堂 Driver鈥檚 License, they are considered Non-Residents.
Non-Resident
- If they possess an out-of-state driver鈥檚 license, they are considered non-residents.
- A NON-RESIDENT landowner is required to purchase the appropriate non-resident hunting license.
- All applicants must first present their driver鈥檚 license(s). Applicants with multiple driver鈥檚 license are not considered 黑料天堂 residents and must use their out-of-state driver鈥檚 license to purchase non-resident licenses. An 黑料天堂 Driver鈥檚 License alone does not prove residency. Exceptions indicating that an 黑料天堂 driver鈥檚 license holder will be considered non-residents:
- Possessing a valid driver鈥檚 license from another state
- A NON-RESIDENT may not use an 黑料天堂 Non-Driver鈥檚 ID while possessing a valid Out-of-State Driver鈥檚 License.
- A NON-RESIDENT may not show two types of documentation to qualify for a Resident license. The law 搂 9-11-49.2. which allowed Non-resident property owners paying ad valorem property taxes to be treated as residents was repealed by Acts 1996, No. 96-379, p. 463 搂2, effective May 2, 1996.
